In support of the Rivier College Mission, the Office of Human Resources provides quality benefits and services, efficient and timely information, and effective, open communication to the College’s faculty and staff, with the knowledge that well-served employees will ultimately provide high quality student services. We aspire to provide decision makers with a strategic focus on hiring, promoting, motivating and supporting a high quality, diverse employee base by focusing on continuous improvements in processes, communications, benefits and rewards.
