The Art Gallery at Rivier University presents exhibitions that complement and enhance the University’s academic offerings. Exhibitions, receptions and other accompanying events are free and open to the public.
Artists Paula Rendino and C.M. Judge will present Drop the Last Stone, a community art installation, from January 27 to April 28, 2025. Rooted in addressing hostility, grudges, and conflict in our culture, the exhibition highlights the personal and collective harm of grudge-holding and symbolic “stoning,” both literal and metaphorical. Visitors are invited to reflect on forgiveness by “dropping a grudge” remotely or in-person, symbolizing a step toward change.
