Chari Henry-Wilson, Ed.D.

Background

Dr. Henry-Wilson has been a professor and educational leader for ten years. Prior to joining Rivier University, she was a faculty member and the Department of Business Studies Chair at Manchester Community College, and served as an adjunct professor and academic coach at Nashua Community College. Additionally, she has a 13-year professional background in small business management and leadership training.

As a former member of the Board of Directors for Emerging Leaders in Communities of Color (ELCC), Dr. Henry-Wilson created and facilitated a “Who Am I?” leadership training series, developing professionals to become authentic leaders within their respective communities. In 2018,  she was appointed to serve as the lead faculty for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB) program in New Hampshire.

Dr. Henry-Wilson earned her doctorate at Rivier University. Her dissertation focused on “The Influence of the Recognition of Moral Dilemmas in Traditional Undergraduate Business Students.”
