Paul Brower

Background

Vice President for Enrollment Management Paul Brower directs Rivier’s enrollment and admissions operations, retention, advisement, and career services. As a member of the senior leadership team and chief enrollment officer, Paul works to leverage financial aid and recruitment strategies to drive growth at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. He served as Dean of Admissions at Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts, prior to assuming his leadership position at Rivier. In addition to Brower’s background in enrollment, he served as Nichols College’s Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis coach, where he led his teams to 13 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) championships and was recognized as CCC Coach of the Year six times during his tenure.

Brower holds a B.A. in Communications and Mass Media from Worcester State College and an M.S. in Professional Communications from Clark University.
